Exciting Update: New Water Meter System Coming Soon!

Starting February 17, 2025, we’re excited to announce that the replacement of approximately 508 existing water meters, including the Master Meter, will begin. This important update marks the start of a new, more efficient way to monitor and manage water usage across our community.

Why is this change happening?

The replacement of the current water meters with state-of-the-art models will bring a range of benefits, both for the water management system and for you, the user. The new system will allow for:

  • Remote Meter Reading: No more manual readings! The new meters will transmit data directly to the office, enabling quicker, more accurate readings without the need for physical checks.

  • Real-Time Usage Tracking: Residents will have access to a new app that displays their water usage in real-time. This will allow you to monitor your consumption, spot any unusual spikes, and better manage your water usage.

  • Increased Efficiency: By replacing the old meters, the system will be more reliable, ensuring that you only pay for the water you actually use.

How will this affect you?

While the installation is happening, there may be brief interruptions to your water service, but we’ll work hard to minimize any inconvenience. Notifications will be sent out in advance, so you know exactly when to expect work in your area.

Once the new meters are in place, you’ll be able to start using the app right away. It’s a simple, intuitive tool that will help you track your water usage, making it easier to conserve resources and save on your bills.

What do you need to do?

There’s nothing you need to do right now—just stay tuned for updates and be on the lookout for notifications regarding the installation schedule. After installation, be sure to download the app and start exploring all its features!
