Project Improvements for 2025:

These projects are from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and are at no cost to the members of MWSC.
ARPA Distribution System Improvement CID 01- install approximately 750 linear feet of 8" PVC waterline and 4,500 linear feet of 4" PVC waterline for Gholson and Front Street.
ARPA SCADA System Improvements CID 02- monitoring and control system that gives real-time data reducing maintenance costs.
ARPA AMR Improvements CID 03- Replacing approximately 508 existing water meters
including the Master Meter. This will allow meter reading from the office and every member to see their usage from an app.
Valve Replacements CID 04-Installing four (4) gate valves on Gholson rd. This will allow the utility to shut water off at a location without disturbing every resident on the line in case of emergency as well as the new construction that is coming.

This convenience is being offered to you by Millsap WSC via PayStar. Details on these payment options are available on our website’s ‘Bill Payment’ page. All you need is your account number and your payment instrument to get started.
